Student Enrollment

Online registration may be completed at home or at the Student Enrollment Center if computer access is not available to you. To complete online registration please click here or visit https://campus.catoosa.k12.ga.us/campus/OLRLogin/catoosa

Please have the following documents ready before you click to register:
1. Proof of residency (see below)
2. Current Georgia driver’s license or photo ID of enrolling parent/legal guardian (Selfies are not accepted)
3. Proof of legal custody or Kinship Caregiver Affidavit / Joint Custody Affidavit / Power of Attorney
     a.Court documents must show plaintiff/defendant names, custody agreement and/or parenting plan if applicable, and judges
        signature.
     b.The Kinship Caregiver Affidavit must be notarized.
     c.Joint Custody Affidavit must be completed by both parents and notarized.
     d.Power of Attorney must be completed by both parties, notarized, and filed with the court.
4. GA 3231 immunization certificate, notarized DPH Form 2208 religious exemption (English Form 2208) (Spanish Form 2208), or
     medical exemption (which must besigned by a Doctor and must be updated yearly). One of these documents is required to
     complete the enrollment process.
5. GA 3300 vision, hearing, dental, and nutritional certificate for Pre-School, Pre-K,Kindergarten, and new students to Georgia school
     a.Can be provided within 30 days after a student's first day attending school.
     b.The vision, hearing, dental and nutrition screenings reported on the certificate must have been conducted within one year prior to the time the child is admitted for the first time to a public school. Please be sure the screener signs, dates,and stamps all four sections of the form.
6. Birth certificate for the student(s)
7. Social security card for the student(s)
     a.Used for the purposes of identification and for application for the Hope scholarship and other post-secondary applications. Students are not eligible for Hope Scholarship unless a copy of their social security card is received. You may sign a waiver stating you do not wish to provide a social security number. The waiver must be notarized.

Please do not take forms to the schools for registration, they must be uploaded during the online registration process. No in-person visit is needed. 

If you do not have access to a computer, you may visit the Student Enrollment Center and use the devices provided (bring all required documents with you).

Acceptable Forms for Proof of Residency

• All Proof of Residency documents must be currently dated within 30 days of the day of registration.
• Any proof of residence must be in the enrolling parent/guardian’s name.

• For all utility bills, be sure the service address, mailing address, and dates are visible. We will not accept the outside envelopes.

**We do not accept month to month/week to week leases. We must have the pages with the tenant’s name, address, terms and signature pages signed by both tenant and landlord. No expired leases.

If you live with someone, you will need to download and complete the Residency Affidavit form (English Residency Affidavit) (Spanish Residency Affidavit). Along with completing this form, we also need two current utility bills in the name of the homeowner who signs the residency affidavit. The property owner must complete and initial, and both the owner and the parent must sign the form in front of a notary.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What Age Can My Student Start Kindergarten?

     Your child may enroll in Kindergarten if they are 5 years old on or before September 1 of the school year.

2. Do I Need to Complete a Registration Application?

     → YES — Complete Online Registration if: Your child is new to Catoosa County Public Schools.

     You must complete the full online registration application.

      X  NO — You do NOT need to register again if: Your child is currently enrolled in a CCPS Pre-K class, was selected in the 2025–
         2026 Pre-K lottery, and attends one of the following schools:  Battlefield Primary / Boynton Elementary / Cloud Springs
         Elementary/ Ringgold Primary / Tiger Creek Elementary / Woodstation Elementary

• What to do instead:

     Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and complete the Enrollment Update.

Please be ready to upload:  

•    Two (2) current proofs of residency

Note: You will be notified if updated medical forms (GA 3231 or GA 3300) or custody documents are needed.

*** NO — If your child receives Preschool Special Education Services:
If your child is already enrolled and receiving Preschool Special Education services through Catoosa County Schools, a new application is not required.

Please be ready to submit:

If you have an Infinite Campus account for another child, you can add your Kindergartner by following these steps:

     1. Click Here to Log in to Your Infinite Campus Parent Portal  
     2. Select More → Online Registration
     3. Click ADD NEW
     4. Enter your Kindergartner’s information

4. Which School Will My Child Attend?

Schools are assigned based on your home address. To find your zoned school, click here to visit the Transportation Department website and check your address.

5. How Will I Know My Registration Is Complete?

Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email from the Enrollment Center.

•      Approved: You will receive a confirmation email
•     Incomplete: The email will explain what documents or information are missing
